Madeline Cowan joined the OneAscent team in February 2026 as an Operations Associate, bringing more than a decade of experience across the financial industry. A 2016 graduate of Auburn University, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has built her career on a foundation of excellence, integrity, and service.

Madeline is married to her husband, Jaden, and together they are raising two daughters, Charlotte and Camille. She is an active member of First Baptist Church of Trussville, where she also teaches 3K Sunday School.

Her life and leadership reflect the values she holds most dear—faith, family, and a genuine desire to help others thrive. These principles guide her work each day and shape the way she serves clients, colleagues, and her community.
