Nicole Grogan serves as Head of Distribution for OneAscent. In this role, she leads the strategy and execution of bringing investment solutions to market and oversees client relationships that drive asset growth.

Prior to joining OneAscent in May 2026, Nicole was Managing Director, Head of Strategic Relationships and U.S. Marketing at DWS. Over nearly 16 years with the firm, she held a variety of leadership roles within the distribution organization, spanning National Accounts, Retirement, and Direct Sales.

Before her tenure at DWS, Nicole served as a Director in National Accounts at RiverSource Investments, joining the firm through the acquisition of J.& W. Seligman & Co.

Nicole earned a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University. She also completed SIFMA’s Securities Industry Institute program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation.

A lifelong New Yorker, Nicole has been happily married to her husband, Jim, for over 22 years and is a proud mother to her son, Joseph. She is an active volunteer with Hearts to Homes, an organization that provides furnishings to young adults aging out of foster care. Faith and family are central to her life, and she is grateful to bring these values together in her role at OneAscent.
