Kevin Pence serves as Vice President of Advisor Success and Service at OneAscent, where he oversees the transition of affiliated advisors and RIAs into the OneAscent ecosystem and leads the ongoing service and operational support of those relationships. He works alongside advisory teams to establish scalable systems, strengthen operational alignment, and support advisors as they serve clients through faith-based investment and planning strategies.

Prior to joining OneAscent, Kevin served as President of Commercial Construction and Maintenance, Inc., a multi-state general contractor, from 2019 to 2024. He has also served as COO of Fravert Services through 2025. 

Kevin and his wife, Megan, have been married since 2009 and have three children. They live in McCalla, Alabama, and are active leaders and members of Grace Life Baptist Church.
