Caroline Hoerlein joined the OneAscent team in February of 2026 and serves as the Executive Assistant for Cole Pearson and Rob Grubb. She loves creating order, supporting others, and helping teams thrive behind the scenes.

Caroline is originally from Philadelphia and moved to Birmingham in 2018 after getting married. She treasures her family deeply, and her favorite role in life is being a wife and mom to her daughter.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys staying active, whether that’s through fitness classes, long walks, or anything that helps her recharge. She also values spending time with friends and being part of a meaningful, encouraging community. Caroline attends Church of the Highlands at the Woodlawn campus, where she enjoys being part of her church community.
