Vutha Bou serves as Investment Operations Manager at OneAscent, where he supports the investment team by overseeing the operational execution of portfolios and strategies. He focuses on ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with the firm’s mission.

Bou brings extensive experience in financial services operations, including building scalable processes and partnering with cross-functional teams to support investment objectives. Prior to joining OneAscent, he spent most of his career at a global financial services firm (Sterne Agee / Stifel / StoneX), where he led the modernization of client workflows, and most recently worked at Argent Trust Company, gaining additional experience across trust and investment operations.

Originally from Cambodia, Bou moved to the United States in his early teens and later attended Auburn University. He met his wife, Aline, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, and they have been married since 2001. They have two sons, Davis and Grayson, and attend Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church.

Outside of work, Bou prefers to stay at home, but is willing to make exceptions for traveling with his wife, playing golf with Davis, and exploring food and culture with Grayson, as his family is what matters most. Any remaining time is spent at home with a dog he never wanted – though his family insists they are now best friends.
