Sue Harris serves as the Director of People Development at OneAscent Wealth Management as the corporate leader of discipleship, mentoring and chaplaincy.

From 2016 -2026, Sue served the congregation at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church (Birmingham) as the Women’s Ministry Director and on the senior leadership team. She has a passion for spiritual formation as she earned her Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies at Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta in 2014. She served Mission to the World from 2007-2016 challenging PCA congregations in missions as well as serving missionaries on the field through pastoral care, encouragement, teaching and short-term teams. Previously, she spent 12 years as a college women’s basketball coach, earning her MBA at Texas Woman’s University. She earned undergraduate degree at East Tennessee State University while playing on a basketball scholarship. 

Sue is a retreat speaker, Bible study teacher, mentor, discipler and a published contributing author. Sue loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, and competing.
