OneAscent is thrilled to announce its acquisition of Advisory DNA, a Franklin, Tennessee-based consulting firm that provides guidance to financial advisors and firm owners interested in exploring ways to maximize their calling through new partnerships or unique organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
“This partnership enhances our ability to further impact the Kingdom by delivering freedom and growth opportunities to financial advisors through customized guidance to live their Best Vocational Life™,” said Rob Grubb, Co-Founder, COO, and President of OneAscent Financial. In addition, Grubb stated “the proprietary compatibility analytics platform and guidance processes Advisory DNA developed helps advisors and firm owners discover their unique values, behaviors and desired culture while also crystallizing God’s calling on your life and mapping out your vision.”
With this acquisition, Advisory DNA Founder and CEO Brian Church, New Partnership Director Steve Hollander and Financial Advisor Transitions Facilitator David Mueller will join the OneAscent team. In their roles at OneAscent, Church will serve as Chief Revenue Officer, Hollander as New Partnership Director and Mueller as New Partnership Analyst.
“The acquisition just made sense,” said Brian Church. “Our desire to help advisors and firm owners walk out their calling and highest and best use was in complete alignment with that of OneAscent’s. When there is congruency from values, cultural and mission perspectives, a formal partnership is often the next step. We share the same vision to launch advisory firms into their destiny. Both companies were built for this in mind. We simply had a peace that our two firms would be a force multiplier that would benefit our families, our stakeholders and many others.”
Advisory DNA’s acquisition follows three years of sales partnership between the two companies, which led to several advisory firms aligning with OneAscent Financial’s platform. This platform provides marketing, investments, operations, compliance and technology solutions for faith-driven financial advisors.
“Over the past several years of partnership, I’ve witnessed firsthand the Advisory DNA team’s passion and commitment to helping advisors walk out their calling,” said Grubb. “They align directly with our mission to empower advisors to advance the Kingdom. I couldn’t be more thankful to serve alongside the Advisory DNA team as we provide advisors with greater freedom, growth and the ability to provide values-aligned outcomes for their clients.”
Advisory DNA will continue to operate in Franklin, Tennessee under its current brand as a subsidiary of OneAscent.
